Peru (Monstera karstenianum) does not fenestrate. The interest is the bullate veins and the waxy surface.
Because the blade is thick, it tolerates dryness better than Deliciosa. Wet mix is the real risk. Let the substrate dry a little deeper before you water.
Strong light keeps the texture. In shade the leaf flattens, internodes stretch, and you lose the reason to grow Peru.
